Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 177bte ("177bte", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 177bte website, creating an account, completing a deposit, or using any product or service offered through the platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other gaming products — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 177bte platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 177bte reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

These Terms should be read alongside the 177bte Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 177bte. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 177bte's real-money gaming products is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 177bte applies a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 177bte is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of 177bte or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 177bte or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

177bte reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Access to real-money features may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Any winnings accumulated by a player who cannot satisfactorily verify their age will be voided and the account will be closed.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on 177bte, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one 177bte account. If 177bte determines that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — all accounts associated with that player will be closed immediately. Any funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be considered fraudulently obtained.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 177bte Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 177bte strongly recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication on your account, which is available to all registered players from the account security settings page. You agree to notify 177bte immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

177bte will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 177bte that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. 177bte accepts no liability for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

177bte operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed or when your account reaches a defined transaction threshold. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All 177bte accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to indicate amounts in Bangladeshi Taka. 177bte does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will determine the BDT amount credited, and any conversion fees charged by the payment provider will be borne by the player.

4.2 Deposit Methods

177bte accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all of which support instant BDT transactions:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 177bte reserves the right to amend deposit limits and available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to two hours for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 177bte reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above a defined threshold.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, 177bte may designate your account as dormant. A dormant account administration fee may be applied at a rate of ৳100 per month until either the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by completing a login and contacting support. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

177bte offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are distinct from your real-money balance. Real-money deposits are used first; bonus funds are released for wagering after your real-money balance reaches zero unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution percentage for each game category will be listed in the specific promotion's terms.
• 177bte reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before a material change will be protected under the terms active at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

177bte actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements (known as "hedging"); using a bonus on games that contribute minimally to wagering in a manner designed to extract value without genuine play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

Gameplay & Fair Use

177bte is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games available on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers are subject to independent audit and certification to ensure the statistical fairness of their game outcomes.

6.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 177bte sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or market settlement, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be used as the definitive reference. 177bte reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear and obvious pricing error occurred.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or interrupted connection during a live game session or bet placement, 177bte will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the staked amount refunded to the player's wallet. 177bte accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection before commencing a gaming session.

6.3 Responsible Use of Platform Features

Players are encouraged to use all available responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — to ensure that their gaming activity remains within personal comfort boundaries. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 177bte platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of suspension:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 177bte.
• Registering or using more than one account (whether in your own name or a third party's name).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human process to interact with the 177bte platform, including placing bets, accessing odds, or navigating the interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to a sporting event on which you have placed or intend to place a bet on 177bte.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be recovered from your account balance.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 177bte staff members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to conceal your true geographic location, where such access is being used to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 177bte

177bte reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Where a KYC verification request has not been completed within the specified timeframe.
• Where 177bte is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Where 177bte identifies unusual account activity that may indicate a security breach or unauthorised access.

During a suspension period, the player's account balance will be preserved unless the investigation concludes that the funds were obtained through a breach of these Terms, in which case the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 177bte account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request a self-exclusion from 177bte at any time. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, 177bte will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing real-money gaming features. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 177bte's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 177bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 177bte's gross negligence.
